Tonewoods and Sound Character
Crafted entirely from solid Indonesian mahogany, the Neptune produces a warm, focused midrange with smooth highs and controlled lows, ideal for strong rhythmic playing and dynamic strumming. The translucent Thru Black stain enhances the visual depth, revealing the intricate grain and a distinctive metallic sheen in changing light.
Design and Appointments
Refined details such as black ABS binding with cream purfling and a figured ebony pickguard elevate the guitar’s premium appearance. The Macassan figured ebony fingerboard and bridge provide durability alongside a luxurious feel, complementing the gloss finish beautifully.
Electronics
Equipped with the Fishman Sonitone Sonicore system, this guitar offers discreet amplification with a piezo undersaddle pickup and in-soundhole active volume and tone controls. This setup delivers a natural, clear amplified tone suitable for live performances, rehearsals, and recording sessions.
