What are your opening hours?

We’re open 7 days a week apart from Xmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day. Our opening times can be found here

Do you Price match?

We aim to match any like for like deal, if another UK based shop has the item in stock we will try our best to match it. Click here to fill out a price match request form.

Do you offer finance?

Yes we do, however not every product can qualify for finance. We offer 0% finance with Klarna pay in 3 on most items between £300 - £1000 and we also offer longer finance options with V12 on purchases over £399. You can apply for these both in store and online. I Haven’t received my order, when will it arrive?

Orders that are dispatched Monday to Thursday should be next day delivery, Friday dispatches go out for Monday delivery unless you request a Saturday delivery at checkout.
Tracking information should be sent to the email address and mobile number you provide to us, if you've not recived any tracking info then please contact us and we'll look into it for you.

How do i return a product to you?

If you're local to us then simply bring the item to our shop. If you don't live near Dorset then fill out our returns form to get the process started and we'll be in touch with further details.

Something i've bought from you isn't working right, can you repair or replace it?

Sorry to hear that. If it has gone wrong within 30 days and it is a new item we can replace it.
If there is a problem after that but still within the warranty period we can get it repaired for you.
