Description
Supreme style, sound and versatility.
With flamed maple easthetic, elegant Goldburst finish and twin Seymour Duncan humbuckers, the Eastman T486 brings classic character together with a distinct level of refinement to the semi-hollow design.
This guitar is a beautifully versatile instrument, pairing its traditional semi-hollow design with a solid centre block and a carefully chosen combination of Seymour Duncan Jazz and ’59 pickups. The result is a guitar equally at home with warm, articulate cleans or growling bluesy overdrive up to thick, saturated tones, while the comfortable 24.75-inch scale and ebony fingerboard give it an effortless and familiar feel.
It’s in great condition, with no fret wear and only slight tarnish to the pickups and hardware. There is some gentle surface swirling and a handful of handling marks to the finish, but importantly there are no dings or damages.
The combination of elegant looks, quality appointments and versatile electronics makes this a particularly appealing take on the classic semi-hollow formula. Supplied with its hardshell case, it’s ready to make the jump from sophisticated clean tones to full-bodied overdrive.
A beautifully presented Eastman with plenty of vintage-inspired character and modern playability.
