1983 Fender Elite Stratocaster: Vintage CBS-Era Innovation with Freeflyte Tremolo
Produced for just a short time (1983–1984), the original Elite Stratocaster was an ambitious attempt to redesign the Strat with more advanced features and appeal to modern players of the time. Loaded with unique electronics - each pickup can be turned off with a dedicated button! There’s the FreeFlyte bridge system and flashy aesthetics that stood apart from traditional Stratocasters.
Used, played condition. Medium fret wear, concentrated at the lower positions. A row of dings in the lower side by the socket. Small round ding in the lower centre back. Couple of dings in the front edge by the strap button. A fair amount of lights marks, scuffs and impressions across the neck and body representative of age and fair use.
