Acoustic-Inspired Chambered Body Design
The chambered construction lightens the guitar while improving sound projection and resonance. Yamaha’s precision engineering enables richer harmonics and faster response by allowing enhanced vibration transfer through the neck. This results in a lively, dynamic playing experience with deep tonal character.
Versatile Five-Way Pickup Switching
Drawing from the Revstar Professional range, the five-position pickup selector unlocks a broad range of tones. Positions 2 and 4 apply a subtle in-phase effect, perfect for vibrant clean sounds, funky rhythms, and dynamic expressiveness, broadening your creative possibilities.
Focus Switch for On-Demand Passive Boost
By engaging the push-pull control on the tone knob, the Focus Switch activates a passive midrange boost that thickens your sound with the qualities of overwound pickups. Expect darker, punchier highs, strengthened mid frequencies, and a fuller, more commanding low end – perfect for powerful rock tones, rich lead lines, and vintage grit.
The Yamaha Revstar RSS02T is a premium blend of boutique aesthetics and modern electronics, engineered for guitarists seeking rich tone, adaptability, and a distinctive look.
