This Hofner Verythin HI-VTH in eye-catching Pearl Gold is a stunning hollow body electric that combines classic 1960s styling with exceptional tonal range and modern performance features. Based on Hofner’s original 1960 Verythin body shape, this model captures the spirit of the British beat boom era while delivering the playability and flexibility demanded by today’s players.

With a body depth of just 1.25 inches, the Verythin is… very thin! lightweight and ultra comfortable to play, making this a highly usable hollow body both on stage and in the studio.

Tonally, it’s a chameleon - equally at home delivering gutsy blues, jangly vintage cleans or cutting rock tones with overdrive. The Hofner humbuckers provide warmth and clarity, while the comfortable neck and excellent fretwork make it a joy to play.

This pre-owned example is a left-hand conversion (originally a right handed model) done with care and consideration to ensure solid playability and feel for southpaw players.

It’s in excellent condition overall, with no fret wear and only one small chip in the finish located between the bridge pickup and the bass-side F-hole. Otherwise, it shows only light signs of use.
