This 2016 Gibson Les Paul Standard has a timeless look and boasts the classic combination of weight, attitude and sound that has made the model such an enduring favourite.
This is a serious all-rounder with the familiar Les Paul feel. It has the authority for thick, sustaining rock tones, while retaining the versatility to cover blues, classic rock and everything in between. The tones are unmistakably Gibson, with this Standard sitting comfortably in that sweet spot between traditional character and modern playability.
This example is in great used condition. There are early signs of fret wear, along with surface swirling and handling marks consistent with use. Faint streak marks run down the back, although these are not overly noticeable, while a few tiny marks and scuffs can be found around the body edges. There are no major cosmetic issues and overall it presents extremely well.
