The G7th Newport 12 String guitar capo is specifically designed for 12 string acoustic and electric* guitars and combines a flip-lever action, a low-profile shape that doesn’t get in the way of your fretting hand and our patented Compensated String Pad™.
The Compensated String Pad™ allows all 12 strings to fret at the same time and under the same tension, dramatically reducing tuning problems whilst fretting all 12 strings securely and accurately.
Quick-Release
Improving on existing quick release designs, the Newport flip lever allows you to attach and remove the capo easily and to adjust the tension while in place on the guitar neck.
Compensated String Pad™
Our patented Compensated String Pad™ allows you to fret all 12 strings at the same time and with the same tension by compensating for the different gauges of strings using carefully designed ridges in the silicone string pad.
