Description
Telecaster looks. Acoustic attitude.
The Fender Telecoustic is one of those wonderfully unconventional designs that refuses to fit neatly into a box. Combining the unmistakable outline of a Telecaster with a slim acoustic body, this Candy Apple Red example offers something a little different from the usual electro-acoustic crowd. It has the familiar Fender silhouette, a distinctive thinline profile and a finish that brings a welcome splash of colour to the acoustic stage.
Designed for players who want acoustic tones without the bulk of a traditional full-depth guitar, the Telecoustic is an appealing choice for live performance, songwriting and plugged-in playing. Its onboard Fender/Fishman electronics provide straightforward tonal shaping, letting you adjust the sound to suit your playing environment, while the slim body makes it comfortable to handle whether you’re standing on stage or sitting down with a song taking shape.
There’s a certain charm to the Telecoustic’s hybrid approach. It doesn’t try to be a conventional acoustic or a standard electric; instead, it occupies its own distinctive space, with plenty of personality along the way.
This example is in good used condition, with some fret wear alongside fair surface swirling, light scuffs and gentle marks from use.
A characterful Fender with an unmistakable look and a practical, stage-friendly design, ideal for anyone after something outside the ordinary.
