Modern Boutique Design

The HT Venue MK III range introduces a fresh, premium look that rivals high end boutique amplifiers. A clean, cornerless cabinet design is paired with classic chickenhead knobs, an updated paper fret, refined LED colours and high quality mini toggle switches. The traditional plastic logo has been replaced with a smart metal plate, completing a design that looks as impressive as it sounds.

Ground Breaking Valve Tone

At the heart of the HT Club 40 MK III is a powerful valve platform designed to inspire performance. The newly developed clean channel offers exceptional clarity and flexibility, featuring Bass and Treble controls alongside a dedicated Voice switch. Overdrive tones are rich, responsive and dynamically expressive, with tight, focused high gain voices that suit everything from classic rock to modern lead tones.

Each channel features two distinct voices with independent EQ shaping. Clean Voice 1 delivers a bright, American style clean, while Clean Voice 2 offers a Class A inspired British character. On the overdrive channel, Voice 2 increases gain and transforms the sound into a more contemporary, aggressive voice.

ISF and Power Reduction

Blackstar’s patented Infinite Shape Feature allows you to sweep seamlessly between American and British tonal characteristics, giving exceptional control over midrange response and feel. A built in power reduction circuit provides transparent attenuation down to 10 percent of the amp’s rated output, making it equally suited to home practice, studio work and live performance.

CabRig Speaker Simulation and USB Recording

CabRig, Blackstar’s world class DSP speaker simulation, is built in as standard. Choose from hundreds of cabinet, microphone, placement and room combinations using the free CabRig software, then store up to three presets directly in the amplifier for instant recall.

A professional USB C recording output makes capturing authentic valve tone simple and direct, with no additional interfaces required. Balanced XLR and unbalanced line outputs are also provided for live and studio flexibility.

Stage Ready Control

All modes are footswitchable, with the included 2 way footcontroller providing quick access on stage. Expanded control is available via the optional FS 14 footcontroller, unlocking the widest possible selection of live accessible valve tones.
