Dept. 10 pedals all use an ECC83 triode valve at their heart, running at more than 200V internally which allows them to deliver organic tone, dynamics and break up. Innovative design, premium components and our advanced Cab Rig D.I. technology, create the ultimate valve pedals.
Built-In Buffer / Line Driver
Perfect for preserving your tone when using long cables, or large pedalboards, even driving low impedance pedals like many wah-wahs.
High Voltage Class A Valve Gain Stage Boost
Running at 250V, the ECC83 triode at the heart of this pedal delivers naturally warm boost with enough dynamics and headroom to drive any valve amp into saturation. Its low noise, Class A design is responsive to touch and rich in second order harmonics and natural compression.
Revered Passive James-Baxandall EQ
The legendary passive James-Baxandall tone stack retains the true character of your tone. It works beautifully with any amp and its open treble and powerful low- end allows you to tailor the boost to your exact requirement.
Standard 9V Power
Unlike most valve pedals, Dept.10 Boost runs on just 9V. Simply plug it in alongside your other effects using a standard pedal power supply.
