UNTIL WHEN CAN I CLAIM MY IPAD, WHEN I BOUGHT THE CSP-170 WITHIN THE PROMOTION PERIOD?

You need to register within two weeks from the delivery date of your CSP-170 to claim your iPad.

WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMING THAT I WILL GET THE IPAD?

You need to be subscribed to the Yamaha newsletter in your account to get information about the eligibility of receiving the iPad.

WHEN WILL MY IPAD BE DELIVERED?

The iPad will be shipped when you have successfully registered your new CSP-170 and entered your shipping address in your Yamaha account, and when 14 days have passed from the delivery day of your CSP-170. The address information can be entered in the section “my details”, the product can be registered with its serial number in the section “product registration” in your Yamaha account. The iPad will be shipped by UPS and delivery time depends on your country.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD FOR THE IPAD?

It applies to the official warranty period of Apple products. Please contact Apple customer support for more details.
