Description
Yamaha refinement on a vintage template.
Finished in Yellow Natural Satin, this Yamaha BB234 has the kind of finish that lets the natural character of the bass show through while giving it a distinctive look of its own. The hybrid PJ pickup combination delivers the versatility expected from the BB range, with the split-coil providing plenty of authority and the bridge single-coil adding extra bite and definition when you need it.
With its familiar 34-inch scale and straightforward passive controls, it’s an easy bass to get to grips with whether you’re laying down solid foundations or getting funky with some slap'n'pop.
Condition is great, with no fret wear and only minor signs of use and handling to the satin finish. There is some buckle rash across the back, although this is difficult to see, along with a few additional marks and scuffs. There are no large or unsightly damages.
A distinctive, practical and great-sounding bass that combines classic bolt on design with Yamaha’s famous quality.
