• Square: instant jumps between A and B
• Sharp Random: random jumps at the start of each cycle
• 1 Shot: one-time sweep from A to B or B to A
• 1 Shot Random: one-time random sweep between A and B

Footswitches start and stop the motion, with momentary operation available by holding the switch for quick bursts of modulation.

Advanced Sync and Control

• Tap Tempo (Ramper I): tap in precise tempos for LFO or one-shot movements (30 BPM minimum).
• Tap Out Jack: send tempo pulses to sync additional devices, such as another Expression Ramper X3.
