Description
Classic elegance, modern muscle.
The D’Angelico Deluxe SS brings the refined looks of a classic hollowbody together with a distinctly modern approach, delivering plenty of vintage inspired charm without feeling like a museum piece. With its single-cutaway thinline body, ornate D’Angelico appointments and warm satin finish, it has presence before you even plug it in.
The Deluxe SS is equally at home with clean, articulate tones and richer, driven sounds, with a pair of Seymour Duncan Seth Lover humbuckers giving it plenty of warmth, clarity and dynamic response.
This example is in excellent condition. There is no fret wear, while the satin finish has developed a gentle sheen in the typical playing areas, accompanied by only minimal surface marks from use. There are no notable dings or damage, leaving it looking exceptionally clean while retaining a little evidence that it has been enjoyed.
A beautiful, sophisticated hollowbody with serious tonal credentials and bags of New York-inspired character.
