RealGuitar 3 is the definitive tool for creating realistic and authentic guitar tracks, quickly and easily. RealGuitar 3 is based around an extensive sample library, created with high quality instruments and microphones. New multi-channel layering technology has been developed to handle the multi-sampled library with recordings taken from every fret of every string on an acoustic guitar. This technology allows for real sounds to be played for the full range of pitches and dynamics rather than emulations like other guitar instruments on the market.

The unique Floating Fret Position technology emulates the positions of a guitarists hand. It intelligently interprets the keys of the keyboard and translates them into the frets of the guitar to give authentic chord voicings for the position on the neck. This gives you the possibility of playing on up to 104 frets from just 43 keys of a standard keyboard.

The RealGuitar Guitar Touch technology allows you to emulate basic guitar techniques such as strumming, plucking, sliding, etc, using standard MIDI controllers such as Pitch Bend, Modulation, Sustain, and Aftertouch.

The Guitar Rhythm Pattern Technology provides a huge library of guitar accompaniment tracks. Simply choose a rhythm, copy the number of measures, and play in the chord changes.

The new and unique Struminator technology gives you the ability to use an alternative MIDI controller with RealGuitar 3. Controllers like the Guitar Hero Guitar can be mapped to create guitar parts with ease and fun.
