Black Friday Price Promise
If you've bought a new product from us between Nov 1st & Nov 23rd and you see it's then discounted for the Black Friday weekend (Nov 24th - 27th) let us know and we'll give you the difference back in loyalty points.

Check back on Black Friday weekend to see if your new item has been reduced. If it has been discounted please fill out the price promise form below and we'll get back to you ASAP.

• This Price Promise applies to NEW items only, not Ex-Display or Pre-Owned etc.
• Price Promise applies to the exact item only, for example if you bought a Fender Player Strat in Sunburst and we then discounted a Black one, that wouldn't count as a discount on your purchased product.
• For the purpose of this Price Promise we're defining the Black Friday Weekend as Thursday 23rd 6:00PM - Monday the 27th: 12:00PM
• In order to make a claim on our Price Promise you must fill out the Price Promise form below within 14 days of the "Black Friday Weekend" period.
