As well as being a rock-solid interface for Mac computers with pristine converters and preamps, the new Apogee Duet is now also compatible with iPads. This means that if you often find yourself working with iPad apps for recording and production work, you can be sure that your interface is providing you with detailed, low noise, professional studio-quality audio. It also now features USB MIDI for hooking up to MIDI devices such as a controller keyboard.

Check out the short video below, explaining how the new Apogee One, Duet and Quartet are all now iPad compatible. Remember that if you don't use an iPad, each still works with a Mac computer, providing tight integration and super-clean audio.

Whether you're working with a Mac, iPad or both, we've put together some interface, mic and software bundles that should help you in your quest to building your perfect home studio.

In our first bundle, you can save a whopping £239 by bagging the Duet with an sE X1 microphone and Waves Tune LT pitch correction software (worth £160) for just £599! This essentially means that you are paying just £40 for the microphone and software as the Duet costs £559 on its own!

The sE Electronics sE X1 (worth £109) is a fantastic microphone for those on a budget and it sounds great with vocals, acoustic instruments and percussion. It even allows you to select different patterns for different recording scenarios, making it a very versatile mic.

Waves Tune LT is a professional plug-in for those wanting to get in perfect tune or create some wacky effects! If you've hit some duff notes, simply use Waves Tune LT to bring your performance back into the perfect pitch. We won't tell if you don't!

If you're after a more professional microphone, which offers more detail and has been used by a number of professional artists, then the sE4400a would be a great choice. You'll find this one in plenty of studios across the world and it was even the mic of choice for recording Chris Martin's piano performances for Coldplay's Viva La Vida album.

Again, the sE4400a is a fantastically versatile microphone, sounding great when used to record vocals, acoustic instruments, pianos, percussion and more. It also has a selection of different patterns for getting the most out of it whatever the situation. CLICK HERE to read Music Radar's review of the sE4400a - they seem to rate it very highly too!

Just like the first bundle, this one also comes with Waves Tune LT pitch correction software.
