Fender have announced some new additions to their gorgeous 'Select' series of guitars, comprising of the Select Stratocaster HSS in Tobacco Sunburst, Select Thinline Telecaster in Violin Burst (including a model with gold hardware), Select Telecaster HH in a Natural finish, Select Carved Blackwood Top Telecaster SH in a Natural finish, Select Carved Maple Top Jazzmaster HH in Cayenne Burst and Twilight Burst finishes and a Select Active Jazz Bass in Tobacco Sunburst. Fender Select guitars feature the latest fingerboard tops, choice tone woods, figured and quartersawn maple necks with compound-radius fingerboards, a new 'inlaid' fingerboard design and specially voiced pickups.
