NAMM 2012: IK MULTIMEDIA iRIG STOMP

The recurring theme with many of the releases swishing out of NAMM 2012 is iPad/iPhone compatibility and no one's doing it better that IK Multimedia. Our favourite of IK's big releases this year (and that's before we've seen them in real life) is the IK Multimedia iRig Stomp.
This stompbox-sized iOS controller means that all those sounds, effects, presets and riffs you've created on your iPad or iPhone are suddenly all usable in live performances at the tap of a footswitch. As well as that all-important silver switch, the iRig Stomp also features a larger-than-life gain knob plus ins and outs for easy insertion into your existing collection of pedals.
Throw in the fact that this should cost no more than 50 quid (current suggested Euro price is €44.99), and you've got yourself a foot-stomping bargain!
