Drummers of Absolute Music, we are here to share with you Shure's latest show of appreciation towards you all.
They are challenging you with their Shure Drum Mastery 2019 Competition.
Do you feel you have what it takes in order to win the hearts of the voting public as well as a prestigious jury of percussion professionals in order to be crowned Shure's Drum Master?
Here's a little extra incentive to get you going:
First place winner of the grand prize receives a five-day (four-night) trip to London with two days at the world-famous Metropolis Studios. Besides a one-on-one drumming workshop with contest jury member Ash Soan, the grand prize includes a drum-miking workshop with a pro studio engineer. The lucky winner will also take home USD \$5,000 in Shure gear and they will also show the world your drumming chops live on the their Facebook pages for all to see and hear.
Second and Third places will receive Shure gear worth \$3,000 and \$1,000 respectively.
They are looking for a unique playing style, a great performance and above all, passion. So tidy up
your chops, set your camera to record and get involved in this great competition!
If you are wanting to show the world your skills then be sure to enter no later than the 15th April 2019.
If you don't feel that your chops are quite up to scratch just yet, at least show some of the other entrants some love by voting for them by the 6th May.
The announcement of the short list will be made public 5th June 2019, with the winner being announced 9th July 2019
