We offer part exchange on a case-by-case basis, depending on the saleability and condition of what who you have to offer. Items must be in full working order and should ideally include any boxing, packaging, manuals or accessories that originally came with the product.
If you don’t live near to our Bournemouth store, then we can collect from you using one of our couriers. If you choose this option, then you will be charged according to the size and weight of the package, and your location.
Upon arrival with us, the item will be inspected and tested. If there are any faults, or the item is not as described, then the item will be sent back to you. In this instance, a delivery fee will also be chargeable.
Alternatively, in some instances if you don’t want to part exchange but do want to sell, we can display your item(s) in store (and, depending on the item, also online) and take a commission when the item sells. As we offer a 14-day money back guarantee & 30 day exchange period, if the new owner keeps your item for this length of time we can then give you the money (less our commission). There can sometimes be instances where a small weekly fee for wall- or shelf-space will be charged.
The Director’s decision is final when it comes to the acceptance of an item for part-exchange or commission sale, and also the price we are able to offer.
