NAMM 2012: NUMARK iDJ PRO

The Numark iDJ Pro is a DJ controller that allows you to incorporate your iPad into your set, meaning that you can use the touchscreen and 'Algoriddim's Djay for iPad' app to perform mixes in a brand new way!
Whilst the controller provides you with a typical two-deck layout (with two of Numark's top-end jog wheels and hot cue, pitch, looping and effects controls, etc.), the mixer section gets rid of the usual up-faders and EQ controls and replaces them with an iPad dock. From here you can attach your iPad and control your mix using the touchscreen!
Are people requesting a record that you don't have in your library? Not a problem! Because the iPad has wireless capabilities, it makes it the ideal tool to sit at the heart of a DJ set-up as it allows you to access the internet, download any song and have it playing within seconds!
