Aquarian inHEADAnother exciting dealer announcement for drummers now - we are currently only one of 3 dealers in the UK that have agreed to stock the new Aquarian inHEAD - the world's first hybrid acoustic/electronic drum head! The Aquarian inHEAD has FSR technology embedded within it to eliminate many of the problems experienced with traditional acoustic drum triggering systems.

The Aquarian inHEAD system gives drummers a complete electro-acoustic set-up in one package that plays and sounds as good as both! The first product available from this series will be the Kick & Snare Electro-Acoustic Trigger bundle pack, which contains a 14" inHEAD snare drum with an inBOX, which combines a signal booster, trigger conditioner and a power supply. The combination of these products helps improve existing drum trigger module performance and the inBOX includes an input for the included rimSHOT rim trigger sensor. The rimSHOT features an isolated mounting design that conveniently clamps on to any drum hoop and reduces crosstalk and miss-firing. Also included in the pack is a kickZONE bass drum trigger.

The secret to the accuracy of the inHEAD is the FSR (Force Sensing Resistor) technology, which allows the drum and head to vibrate naturally to reproduce a full and resonant snare drum sound, whilst electronically sensing even the lightest drum stroke! Unlike traditional triggers, which only react to vibrations, the inHEAD is only triggered when it is touched or hit.

FSR technology is only available in inHEAD drum products.
