The Numark Mixtrack II is a DJ controller with two jog wheels, plus 16 back-lit pads for triggering samples and controlling loops and cue points. There are also knobs for manipulating effects, a pitch fader on each deck, a button for activating scratch mode (if available in your software) and a two-channel mixer controller section with cross fader, channel faders and master fader.
The Numark Mixtrack Pro II is essentially a Mixtrack II with a built-in interface. Because of this, it allows you to connect a pair of headphones, a microphone and a set of speakers directly to it, so is ideal for those that don't already own a suitable DJ interface.
The Mixtrack Quad takes the Mixtrack Pro II even further. Although it features a similar design, as you may expect from the name, it allows you to control four decks in your DJ software, with a button to switch the left hardware deck between controlling software deck 1 and 3, and another button to switch the right physical deck between controlling software deck 2 and 4. There's even four channels on the mixer controller section for instantly adjusting the level and EQ of any track.
