PROPELLERHEAD ANNOUNCES REASON 7

Great news for Reason fans! Reason 7 has been announced today and will be shipping from the beginning of May 2013.
After listening to their end-users, Propellerhead have included in this latest release, features that many customers have been hankering for - including automatic slicing of audio and the ability to create REX loops without the need for ReCycle, a physical MIDI output to connect keyboards and synths, plus parallel and group channels in the mixer.
Reason 7 will also include a device called Automatic Retro Transformer (think Instagram for audio), some hefty upgrades to the included sound bank, plus a visual EQ and spectrum analyser.

FREE UPGRADES FOR REASON 6 CUSTOMERS
Until Reason 7 is made available, anyone buying an existing Reason 6/6.5 software package will be eligible for a free update to v7 as a download upon release, and this includes all purchases from 1st March 2013. So if you want to be one of the first to get the latest Reason, then you can buy with confidence today, knowing that you can download version 7 as soon as it is available!
GOOD BALANCE
The Propellerhead Balance USB Interface currently comes with Reason Essentials free for new users, and acts as an upgrade to Reason 6.5 for existing Reason owners. From 30th April it will come with Reason Essentials 2 for new users and will act as an upgrade to Reason v7 for existing Reason owners. Anyone buying now is also entitled to the free upgrade offer.
