Steinberg Release new interfaces in the Ci1 and Ci2+

New Steinberg interfaces

After the success of the Ci2, Steinberg have introduced two new packages. The Ci1

is an entry level package with a USB powered interface with dual mic preamps, one of which doubles up as a hi-Z guitar input. It comes with Sequel le and Wavelab le to get you started and it's under £100.

The Ci2+ is a step up from the original Ci2 offering more control functionality. It still offers stereo I/O with dual mic preamps and comes with Cubase Essential 5.

Both of these interfaces are compatible with the more advanced versions of Cubase and will also work with most DAW software (although you'll probably lose the control functions).
