Orders placed before 4pm will be processed the same day for delivery the next working day*, subject to payment clearing and stock being located in our warehouse.

e.g. An order placed by 4pm on Wednesday will be processed on Wednesday for delivery to you on Thursday (most mainland UK destinations).
An order placed on Friday before 4pm will be processed on Friday for delivery on Monday.

*Please note that some smaller or lower value items may be sent by Royal Mail: This is not a guaranteed service and deliveries tend to take 2-3 working days.

Please note that if you pay by credit/debit card we can now deliver to the registered card address or your work address. Please note if you want delivery to your work address we may need to contact you for additional security details, so please ensure you include a mobile and landline phone number where we can contact you quickly. Want delivery before noon? No problem.

Simply choose 'Before noon-delivery' at checkout and we will put your delivery on a before-noon service ( where available ). - Please note , if you order on a Friday your delivery will be the NEXT WORKING DAY , not Saturday.

International shipping from £15? No problem.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and start from £15. Some items may attract a higher delivery charge. We will contact you if this is the case.
Delivery to most mainland Europe destinations typically take 1-3 days, but some destinations can take longer than this. Full tracking will be provided. If we are to ship internationally, please choose Google Checkout as your payment option.
