Dear Absolute Music, i just wanted to let you know how impressed i was with the excellent service i received recently... firstly, i ordered a pair of Shure SRH440 headphones on the Sunday and received them on the Tuesday which i thought was extremely quick delivery. secondly, the communication that i received was very helpful. i had emails from both yourselves and from Google checkout every step of the way, informing me when the order was complete, when the item had been despatched, when i should expect delivery, how i could track my item and even a 1 hour window in which i could expect delivery (within which they were indeed delivered)! thirdly, the price of the headphones and the delivery was pretty much the cheapest that i could find anywhere and to be teamed up with such excellent service in all other areas makes it even better value for money!! i am currently in the process of building a home music studio and the only reason why i wouldnt buy every single other piece of equipment from Absolute Music would be if they didnt have it in stock... and even then i would probably wait until you did...! thankyou for being such an awesome company! Hi, Whoever is responsible for the high standard of customer service deserves a pat on the back (or a substantial wage increase). My Korg Monotron was ordered late in the afternoon and was delivered the next day in the promised one hour time slot. I knew where the package was at all stages of delivery with the excellent tracking service. I ordered an item from another online retailer at the same time. 12 days later I still hadn't received it, only to be told that it was the courier's fault, no more stock was available and the only thing I could expect was a refund. Having been severely let down by another company, I asked Absolute Music whether they were able to provide me with some equipment I needed last week. My experience of using Absolute Music for purchasing the above product on-line along with the help I received during a telephone call made subsequent to my order being placed was first-class. I would certainly recommend Absolute Music to anyone wishing to purchase music equipment online. As for the delivery company DPD, again, I feel as though I have been given a first-class service. Although I was not available to receive the equipment when it was first delivered, by arranging with the company for me to to collect it at a time more suitable via their easy-to-use collection arranging system over the telephone, I had no issues whatsoever with either finding the sorting office or the attitude of all the staff I had interaction with in this instance. Unfortunately I am unable to write a review of the equipment because the equipment was not bought for my personal use - I purchased it on behalf of a third-party, and they now have the equipment themselves. Having said that, the feedback I have received from that third-party is excellent - he is well-impressed with the sound quality, the design, and the look-and-feel of the product. I have to admit that I also really like the design and the sound quality when I experienced it all-too-briefly when the third-party took delivery, and I cannot wait to hear the system being driven at a more generous volume.
