Delivery is free on all orders over £99 to mainland UK destinations. Delivery for all other orders to mainland UK is: £3.50.

Orders placed before 4pm will be processed the same day for delivery the next working day*, subject to payment clearing and stock being located in our warehouse.

e.g. An order placed by 4pm on Wednesday will be processed on Wednesday for delivery to you on Thursday (most mainland UK destinations).
An order placed on Friday before 4pm will be processed on Friday for delivery on Monday.

*Please note that some smaller or lower value items may be sent by Royal Mail: This is not a guaranteed service and deliveries tend to take 2-3 working days.

Saturday delivery is now available for £19.99 for most items and £8 for some small items ( mainland UK only ).

Most of our courier deliveries are taken by DPD who offer a 1 hour delivery window for mainland UK deliveries so you don't have to wait in all day for your goods. This delivery window will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of order, so please ensure you have access to that email to see your delivery details. Alternatively, the delivery window can be sent to your mobile, so if you'd like this service, please ensure that you include your preferred mobile number on your order. Your mobile number will only be used to contact you with the delivery window, or if we need to contact you with any issues regarding your delivery. From the 2nd of April 2012, DPD will also include the drivers name as well.

Please note that if you pay by credit/debit card we can now deliver to the registered card address or your work address. Please note if you want delivery to your work address we may need to contact you for additional security details, so please ensure you include a mobile and landline phone number where we can contact you quickly. Please note, if you wish to pay by PayPal, we can only deliver to the confirmed address. If in doubt, please call us on 01202 597180.

Simply choose 'Before noon-delivery' at checkout and we will put your delivery on a before-noon service ( where available ). - Please note , if you order on a Friday your delivery will be the NEXT WORKING DAY , not Saturday.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and start from £15. Some items may attract a higher delivery charge. We will contact you if this is the case.
Delivery to most mainland Europe destinations typically take 1-3 days, but some destinations can take longer than this. Full tracking will be provided. If we are to ship internationally, please choose Google Checkout as your payment option.

Need shipping to a BFPO address? No problem.

We are happy to ship to BFPO addresses and remove the VAT where applicable. Simply proceed through the checkout and choose BFPO as your shipping method. In the comments, please let us know in which country you are based and we will refund VAT as appropriate. Shipping will cost £ 12.
